Staff are our most expensive and important asset and does our language and behaviour demonstrate this. We usually spend most of our time talking about our students and in this video we look at putting staff first and an introduction to wellbeing.
While student outcomes are why we exist, putting staff front and centre will deliver results. Below is the first in a series of five short videos that explains why you might want to do this. In this one we look at:
